1. About DMZHUB

DMZHUB is an independent community website and information service focused on DMZ, the extraction-based game mode from the Call of Duty franchise, including game-related information, guides, tools, player resources, and community features.

DMZHUB is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with Activision Publishing, Inc., Microsoft Corporation, Infinity Ward, or any other publisher, developer, platform holder, or rights holder associated with Call of Duty. All third-party trademarks, game names, logos, artwork, and other intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

Some features may require a DMZHUB account. You are responsible for maintaining control of your authentication methods and for activity occurring through your account. You must provide accurate information where requested and must not impersonate another person or organization.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for abuse, fraud, spam, security attacks, cheating-related abuse, or other harmful activity.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use DMZHUB to:

• violate applicable law or the rights of others;
• harass, threaten, abuse, or impersonate other users or organizations;
• publish unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, or malicious content;
• distribute spam, unsolicited commercial messages, malware, or harmful code;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, APIs, databases, or other systems;
• circumvent security, access controls, rate limits, or technical restrictions;
• scrape or automatically collect data in a manner that materially burdens the Service or violates technical restrictions;
• interfere with the operation, availability, integrity, or security of the Service;
• manipulate ratings, reports, comments, statistics, community systems, or other functionality;
• misrepresent affiliation with DMZHUB, XADS GLOBAL LP, game developers, publishers, or platform holders.

4. User Content

DMZHUB may allow users to submit comments, profile information, reports, game-related information, images, or other content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of User Content that you create.

By submitting User Content to DMZHUB, you grant XADS GLOBAL LP a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, process, and distribute that content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, moderate, promote, and improve DMZHUB.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit your User Content and that it does not violate applicable law, these Terms, or the rights of third parties. We may remove, restrict, or refuse User Content that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe may harm users, the Service, or third parties.

5. Community Moderation

DMZHUB may moderate community content and accounts in order to maintain the security, integrity, and quality of the Service. Moderation actions may include content removal, visibility restrictions, warnings, temporary suspension, or account termination.

6. Accuracy of Information

DMZHUB contains independently researched and community-maintained information about games, items, missions, mechanics, statistics, updates, and other game-related subjects. Games and live-service content may change at any time. Information on DMZHUB may therefore become incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. DMZHUB does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or continued validity of information published through the Service.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

DMZHUB may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, services, stores, social networks, videos, or other content. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, including their availability, security, content, terms, or privacy practices.

8. Intellectual Property

The DMZHUB website, software, original design, databases, original text, branding, and other materials created specifically for DMZHUB are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit substantial portions of DMZHUB without prior permission.

Third-party game assets, trademarks, names, logos, artwork, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Availability and Changes

We may modify, add, remove, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features or parts of DMZHUB at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DMZHUB is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or fitness of the Service for any particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XADS GLOBAL LP and the operators of DMZHUB will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using DMZHUB at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, protection of users or third parties, or enforcement of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as DMZHUB evolves. The current version and date of revision will be published on this page. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
