   You can acquire it within a deployment into Al Mazrah / Ashika Island or get it upon completing the Black Mous Tier 3 Mission: Quick and Dirty

2. Unlock the crane control room.

   Not necessarily to unlock the crane control room in the same deployment, you can do it in your next deployments.

3. Extract the quarry operations folder in the crane control room.

   You can find the item lying in front of a control panel right next to the rear entrance. Exfil it in the same deployment.
