Tasks
- Take the discrete radio transmitter from the Beach Club dead drop.
- Plant the radio transmitter under the central security desk at the top of the Tsuki Castle.
You will need Tsuki Castle/Skeleton key to get in (or hack Wheelson). In the castle you need to go up to the top floor (where Bombmaker resides) and put the transmitter on the security desk.
