Tasks

1. Bring the experiment hard drive into Building 21.

   You get this hard drive in the "Boating and Entering" mission. The cache with the hard drive is located in a secret bunker in Ashika Waterways. To open the cache you will need to turn on 8 breakers (they are marked on the map).

2. Decrypt the hard drive at a computer in Building 21.

   Remember to take the experimental hard drive from the first task with you before deploying in Building 21. With this disk, go to the Datacenter, which is located on the first floor, and insert the disk into the server rack. You will have to stand nearby until the data is decrypted.

3. Upload the decrypted hard drive at the Zaya Observatory radio tower in Al Mazrah.
