Call in the executive's aircraft from the air traffic control tower in Al Malik International.
To call an airplane, you need the key of the control tower (or the skeleton key) to go upstairs. From there you will be able to call the plane.
Locate and destroy the aircraft.
In order to destroy the plane you will need to take over the SAM. Without it, you will not be able to shoot down the plane. To locate the plane, simply open the map and ping the red flying plane.
