Take the 4 flare sticks from the Ashika town center dead drop.
Evacuate with them. Next, take them into your inventory and deploy to Al Mazrah and enter the Koschei Complex.
Light 4 flares sticks near the entrances into the chemical plant.
These markers need to be placed at the 8 entrances to the Chemical Plant, but you do not need to open the entrances. Simply stand in the doorway until the text "press F to place a marker" appears. Once pressed, DO NOT move until the animation is complete or the placement will not be counted.
